Dahlia Darmayanti is lecturer of international marketing, services marketing, and global business environment at International Undergraduate Progam at Binus Business School, BINUS University. She received her Doctor of Philosophy from the School of Business and Management, Bandung Institute of Technology (SBM-ITB) at Bandung, earned her master’s in international management from Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona, USA and her bachelor or Sarjana S-1 in International Relations from Padjadjaran University at Bandung.

Dahlia’s main research interest is marketing area such as international marketing, branding, services marketing, health care marketing, service dominant logic and service science. She published several academic articles in several Scopus journals and presented her research in international academic conferences also.  She had a chance to share her research in health care marketing in one of prestigious academic conference: The 5th Naples Forum on Service in Sorrento, Naples-Italy in 2017.

Prior to joining the Binus Business School faculty in 2010, Dahlia was part of business development team of a satellite owned and operator company in Indonesia for more than 10 years. She had some experiences in international business contract negotiation and management, services marketing as well as business to business marketing with telecom supplier and service provider such as Lockheed Martin of USA, Ericsson of Sweden, and Celcom of Malaysia. She was based in Singapore for a couple of years to expand the satellite service business in Asian market.  After she earned her master’s degree, she joined as intern in Trade Finance Division in Sumitomo Bank, San Francisco, USA.
