Ambassador Talk: Preliminary Country Profile and Market Analysis
BINUS Business School International Undergraduate Program, in collaboration with The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, proudly presents “Ambassador Talk: Preliminary Country Profile and Market Analysis” at BINUS International JWC Campus on 14th May 2024.
The event is a pivotal component of the ongoing Course Development and Industrial Integration (CDI2) program, designed to seamlessly incorporate industry insights and governmental regulations into the BBS IUP curriculum, especially for the International Business program. This initiative commenced in September 2023 by inviting Mr. Amrih Jinangkung, Director of the Directorate General of Law and International Treaty from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to share his knowledge of the Free Trade Agreement. This semester, the collaboration continued in the Global Business Environment class, where students have the opportunity to work together in groups to analyze and formulate business recommendations for well-known Indonesian brands such as Eiger (clothing and equipment for outdoor activities), Wardah (halal cosmetics), and Kahf (face and body care products) on how to expand their market to selected Latin American countries, specifically Peru, Brazil, and Chile.
We are privileged to host distinguished guests, including H.E. Ambassador George Prata, representing the Federative Republic of Brazil, and H.E. Luis Tsuboyama, The Ambassador of Peru to Indonesia, who delivered insightful talks to our students.
