The BINUS Mini MBA equips you with a managerial understanding of how a business works, all in a fraction of the time it takes to complete a traditional Master’s program. Your Learning Journey

  1. Pre-Act (1 session).
    Preparation, an introduction to the LMS, and group formation.
  2. Module Learning (38 sessions).
    Concepts, case studies, and practical application across six modules.
  3. Business Simulation (2 sessions, half day).
    An integrated decision-making exercise held midway through the modules, covering market and product, production and resources, marketing and sales, and finance. A debrief session reviews the results, the trade-offs, and how each decision affects the business as a whole.
  4. Group Coaching (Hybrid Class, 2 meetings).
    Coaching 1 reviews the problem or opportunity, the supporting evidence, and the proposed solution. Coaching 2 reviews the business case, success measures, and implementation plan.
  5. Final Presentation (Hybrid Class).
    Present your group’s proposal and respond to the feedback you receive.
