Our Programs: Three Streams of Capability
Choose a structured development series, build core business competencies, or prepare your teams for a digital, AI-driven economy. Every module can be combined into a program designed for you.

Subject Areas for Development
Six areas, each with modules that can be tailored and combined into a program for your teams.

A Leadership Pathway for Every Level
Development that grows with responsibility, shifting from managing self, to managing others, to managing the business.

Inspired by the Leadership Pipeline model (Charan, Drotter & Noel, 2001).
How We Work With You
An end-to-end learning design process that keeps your business needs at the center, from the first conversation to measurable impact.

Learning That Lands in the Workplace: The 70-20-10 Model
Most learning happens on the job. Our programs follow the 70-20-10 model so classroom insight turns into workplace results.

Based on the 70-20-10 framework from Center for Creative Leadership research (Lombardo & Eichinger, 1996).
A Sample Program Roadmap
Around one month of preparation and classroom learning, followed by three months of coaching and workplace projects. Most programs run 4 to 6 months, depending on project scope.

Learning in Action: Our Delivery Methods
Seven methods, blended to fit each audience and learning objective.

Measuring What Matters
Every program is evaluated on four levels, based on the Kirkpatrick Model, so you can see the return on your investment in people.
| Level 1: Reaction Participant satisfaction and engagement, measured through a post-session feedback survey.Level 2: Learning Knowledge and skills gained, measured through pre- and post-tests, in-class assignments and the BINUS English Skills Test (BEST) where relevant. Level 3: Behavior Level 4: Results |
