PROGRAM BACKGROUND

In this VUCA era, survival is not enough. Leaders require agility and a resilient mentality that can help organizations to keep up with the changes and stay flexible to adapt the shifting market and environment. Agility and resilience are the most importance elements to deal with today’s volatilities and uncertainties which demand business dynamics, speed change, flexibility and adaptability. Agile and resilient organizations must make better changes to survive and thrive.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

After completing this program, participants are expected to be able to:

  • Distinguish situations in which to anticipate change, embrace or initiate change, and deal with changes

  • 2 days for full day (8.00 – 17.00), or
  • 3 days for half day (18.30 – 21.30), separated into 2 weeks (3 days per week)
