FACTORS AFFECTING GENERATION Z IN INDONESIA IN SELECTING TOURISM DESTINATION
This study carried out varied types of destinations with attributes such as attractions, facility availability, accessibility, price, human resources, taking pictures, prestige, etc. This study covers primary and secondary data. The results of the study demonstrated that secondary data is completing the primary data in providing insight into the topic and the value of the conclusions. Primary data were collected by surveying Indonesian tourists, generation Z in particular. The survey results were analyzed by utilizing descriptive statistics, non parametric test, and factor analysis. The process of the variable data utilized IBM SPSS Statistics and the authors will use the A mean Whitney method to compare statistical distinctions between two independent groups. The Kruskal Wallis H test will also be utilized to examine the statistically significant distinction between more than two groups of independent and dependent variable. The Cronbach alpha test is employed to test the reliability of Likert scale questions analyzed by utilizing factor analysis (PCA Method) as well. The results denoted that personal security and safety emerge as the attributes that most influenced the choice of tourist destinations, followed by the next rank which is natural beauty to show in social media and nice/unpolluted environment, while health & fitness is the lowest value along with visiting friend and or relatives and rarely visited at the bottom 3 of generation z in choosing tourist attractions.
