Analysis Model of Millennial’s Intention in Pension Fund Planning

Pension funds are funds that must be prepared early before someone entering retirement time to achieve their financial goals.However, many people do not prepare their pension funds. Some factors influence people in preparingfor a retirement fund. This research aims to investigate the intention of millennials in Indonesia in planning their pension funds. We use Ajzen’s (1991) theory of planned behavior (TPB)to fully understand variables that affecting millennial’s intention and interests in pension fund planning, then explaining the relationship between each variable. The results are found that financial attitudes and behaviors, subjective norms, and self-control behavior affected millennial’s intention in pension funds planning.
