As an application Development Sr. Analyst at Accenture, there are a lot of challenge to learn and survive on this new job. What applied from what i learn from my university life is more soft skills such as adaptability, initiative and problem solving . While technical competency i have to learn more on application development while my background is in international business management. The best thing to adapt here is my experience in Binus while i have my 6 month enrichment program, so i prepared more to my present job.
Learning in IBM shape more my soft skills and technical competency that related to my present job.
