Profile
Mr. Polla has facilitated many training programs conducted for employees of multinational companies and government institutions. His expertise ranges from international banking to export-import management, from design thinking to system thinking, and from public speaking to the art of presentation. He works as a Subject Content Coordinator at the International Business Program. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring that the course content for the program is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with the program’s goals and objectives. He works closely with other faculty members to develop and refine course content, as well as to identify and incorporate new materials and resources.
As a subject content coordinator, Mr. Polla also plays a key role in overseeing the delivery of course content. He works closely with instructors to ensure that they have the resources and support they need to effectively teach the material. He also helps to develop assessment tools and measures to evaluate student learning and achievement.
Another important aspect of Mr. Polla’s job is to stay current with developments and trends in international business. This includes keeping up-to-date with changes in the global economy, emerging markets, and technological advancements that may impact the field. He also collaborates with other academic institutions, industry leaders, and professional associations to develop partnerships and stay informed about best practices in international business education.
