Profile

Dr. Augustie is an experienced leader with 11 years of overall leadership experience, including 2 years as a Student Council President. She possesses exceptional problem-solving and teamwork abilities, along with strong time management and multitasking skills. Fluent in English and Malay, Cindy also has a basic understanding of Korean, Arabic, and German.

In terms of organizational experience, Cindy has been actively involved in various student councils and leadership roles. She served as a member of the UUM Student Parliamentarian and the SLDC’s Presidential Council, representing different organizations to university administration. As the President of INASIS Maybank Student Leadership and Development Council, she represented all residents and played a crucial role in coordinating committee interviews, selection, and operations. Additionally, Cindy has experience as a Secretary and in the Safety & Welfare Department of the same council.

Cindy’s involvement extends to the Indonesian Student Association in Malaysia (PPIM) and the Indonesian Student Society (PPI). She held positions in the Art and Culture Department, overseeing the development, management, and promotion of arts and culture within the student organizations. She has also worked in the Bureau of Publicity for the ASEAN Youth and Community Festival and held the role of Secretary for the Indonesian Student Society.

In terms of working experience, Cindy completed an internship in Sales & Marketing at Asian Secret Sdn. Bhd., where she was involved in designing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and analyzing sales data.

Cindy’s educational background includes a Ph.D. in International Business, a Master of Science in International Business, and a Bachelor of International Business Management (Hons.), all from Universiti Utara Malaysia.
