Mr. Sebayang has over 15 years of experience in banking, such as in Lippobank, CIMB Niaga, NobuBank, Mandiri Group and Bank Indonesia. He has experience as IT Operations & QA Division Head at NobuBank and as Digital Banking Test Management Division Head at CIMB Niaga, where he was responsible for directing, plan and execute the Bank’s Digital Banking Testing QA activities such as SIT, UAT, Regression Test, Performance Test for products such as CIMBClicks (Internet Banking), Mobile Banking,, Facebook Banking, Octopay, Mobile POS, Rekening Ponsel, ATM, CDM, CRM, Transaction Banking’s Bizchannel, EMV, and others. In Nobubank, he supervised project Quality Control for Nobu ePay, Nobulink, Nobu Mobile Banking, and Nobu Neo. He is also experienced as a Scrum Master/ Project Leader/ Project Manager with exceptional knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Lean principles and practices.
Mr. Sebayang holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and both a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA Finance) and Business Law (In Trade, Investment, Competition and Policy law). In 2018, He was sent by CIMB Niaga Bank Indonesia to Cambridge Judge Business School (CJBS) to enrol in the EMERGING BANKING LEADERS PROGRAMME. He also received the prestigious CIMB EMERALD Award 2017 from CIMB Bank Malaysia and was a Best Teaching & Best Lecturer Award Nominee at BINUS University in 2018, 2019 and 2020. As a student, Toto Edrinal Sebayang was awarded as “5 Most Outstanding Students” by Prasetiya Mulya University in 2011. Currently, he is pursuing his Doctor of Business Management degree specializing in Strategic Management at IPB School of Business.
