Aini Farmina possesses a diverse professional background spanning multiple roles. Currently, since October 2022, she serves as a permanent lecturer at Binus University. In this capacity, she imparts knowledge in courses such as Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Managerial Economics, Introduction to Management, and Business. Additionally, she actively engages in community service as a speaker, conducts scientific research, and provides self-development training.
Prior to her teaching role, from March 2022 to October 2022, Aini Farmina worked as an Internal Auditor at BINUS University. Her responsibilities included auditing departments according to DIKTI and ISO 9001:2015 standards, overseeing the implementation of education systems, and ensuring compliance with DIKTI, Binus University, and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Before her auditing role, from February 2021 to December 2021, she served as a Quality Controller at Binus Business School, focusing on program quality assurance, monitoring self-evaluation assessments, audit follow-ups, and assisting in accreditation preparations. Aini Farmina has also held various managerial roles, including Deputy of Management Program, Subject Content Coordinator, and Lecture Specialist, showcasing her extensive expertise in academic leadership, curriculum development, and accreditation processes.
