In this step you will try to identify a strategy for closing the gap between your vision and your current situation. Make sure to read the example box below before moving on with the exercise.
1) Write down in the strategy box on the next page 3 to 6 of the most important skills you need to improve and/or threats that will block your career in the template below. Use the answers you wrote down in Steps 2 and 3.
2) For each of the identified skill gaps and/or threats, formulate a goal that will help you to improve the identified skills or tackle the external threat. Write down the goals in the strategy box on the next page.
3) In pairs, discuss your goals, share and write down how you can develop your current skills sets and accomplish your goals (Actions).
4) In the group, take turns and let everyone explain their strategy for how to close the gap between their vision and the current reality. Discuss recommendations with each other.
