Lead Across the Business. Decide with Data and AI.
Build managerial judgment across six core business disciplines, learn to use data and AI responsibly, and turn what you learn into an innovation or business improvement proposal.
| 6 core disciplines |
38 in-class sessions |
1 integrated group project |
The BINUS Mini MBA gives you a managerial understanding of how a business works, in far less time than a full Master’s degree. Across six core disciplines, you learn to evaluate business issues, see their cross-functional implications, and recommend practical courses of action.
The 2027 program keeps its structure of 38 in-class sessions, case-based learning, and a business simulation, and updates the content for how managers work today. Data and AI are built into every module. You also develop a group proposal that brings everything together.
Why Our Mini MBA?
- Concise and Practical: Core MBA disciplines in less than three months of evening classes.
- Applied from the Start: Project work begins during the modules, not after them.
- AI-Ready: Use data and AI to support decisions, with verification and data confidentiality.
- Interactive Learning: Case studies, group discussions, and a business simulation.
- Flexible for You: Online classes that fit around your work schedule.
- Expand Your Network: Learn alongside professionals from various industries.
What’s New in 2027
Six modules and 38 in-class sessions, now with five upgrades:
- Business Fundamentals: Managerial decisions and their cross-functional implications.
- AI and Data: Foundation sessions, plus applications inside every module.
- Innovation: Problem framing, experimentation, and solution validation.
- Leadership: Delegation, coaching, performance, and change adoption.
- Final Project: Business rationale, feasibility, and implementation planning.
Who Should Join?
The Mini MBA is designed for professionals at three levels:
- Individual contributors preparing to take on managerial responsibility.
- Supervisors and managers who need a cross-functional view of the business.
- Business owners who want a structured way to evaluate options, make decisions, and grow.
Whatever your level, every module holds you to one managerial standard: evaluate business issues, understand cross-functional implications, and recommend practical courses of action.
What You Will Be Able to Do
- Understand the business. Explain how six disciplines contribute to business performance.
- Make informed decisions. Evaluate alternatives using business concepts, financial analysis, data, and AI.
- Lead teams and change. Align people, communicate priorities, and support implementation.

Your Learning Journey
- Orientation (1 session). Preparation, an introduction to the LMS, and group formation.
- Module learning (38 sessions). Concepts, cases, and practical application across six modules.
- Business simulation (2 sessions, half day). An integrated decision exercise during the module period, covering market and product, production and resources, marketing and sales, and finance. A debrief reviews the results, the trade-offs, and how each decision affects the wider business.
- Group coaching (2 meetings). Coaching 1 reviews the problem or opportunity, the evidence, and the proposed solution. Coaching 2 reviews the business case, success measures, and implementation plan.
- Final presentation. Present your group’s proposal and respond to feedback.
Learning Beyond the Classroom
Throughout the program, LMS EXTRA, the learning platform of BINUS Business School Executive Education, supports you before, during, and after each class. It is available 24 hours a day.
- Pre-reading introduces concepts before class.
- Articles and case studies connect learning with business situations and discussion questions.
- Learning videos support independent learning and concept review.
[Assessment method, including online exams if they continue in 2027, and the requirements for the certificate.]

AI and Data in Managerial Decisions
Learn to interpret data, frame the right questions, and use AI with verification and data confidentiality. Every module applies the same five steps:
- Frame the question
- Analyse data
- Use AI support
- Verify outputs
- Make a decision
The Final Project
Your group develops an innovation or business improvement proposal that integrates all six modules. Work on the project begins during the learning modules. Every proposal covers five parts:
- Problem or opportunity: context, evidence, and intended beneficiaries.
- Proposed solution: value proposition and validation findings.
- Business case: strategic relevance, benefits, costs, and feasibility.
- Implementation plan: milestones, responsibilities, risks, and change approach.
- Success measures: baseline, targets, and evaluation method.
Where AI was used, the proposal explains how it supported the work and how its outputs were verified.
