Having experience in sales management and product management in Pharmaceutical industry. Now focusing in developing people and total training management from analyzing training needs, creating modul, delivering, and evaluating. Interested in building new department of training, developing, and making a training department as a strategic partner of management as a part of HR (Human Resource) function. Handling many kinds of training like coaching counseling, assertive communication, leadership, negotiation, service excellence, and motivation.
