Program Background

The foundation of what every manager needs to know in order to successfully manage projects is presented in this two-day course. Deliver projects with the highest level of performance and quality as an agile project manager. This path will help you build a solid foundation in leading and motivating agile project teams, from developing user stories and agile charts to driving productive meetings. This training will also help you learn the skills, techniques, and mindset needed to manage projects using an agile approach.

After completing the three-day design training, the learner will be able to:

  • Master the tools and techniques to manage a project through the agile life cycle
  • Learn to successfully transition from waterfall to agile project management
