  "The change that I experienced was  on the process of thinking and strategic thinking than crafting something.  When I was  a fulltime designer, I made more designs, the production of mock-up. Now my focus has shifted to strategic thinking and do a lot  of researches  that can be applied  in my  Industry" Gema Wahyudi is a UI / UX Designer at Aleph Labs in Jakarta, who previously worked at one of the biggest retail companies in Jakarta as a marketing manager. He mentioned that  branding and  new product development became a very important thing in his work. The shift from merely designing to  Strategic Thinking Process makes Gema discover new things that helped him to targeting the right message to the right target.  According to him, being sensitive has  become one of the most important weapons for marketers in a pandemic situation like today. Marketers who are sensitive to the situation and have empathy will find more  innovative  opportunities which lead to the development of  product or campaign that can be easily understood by the consumers.

"I understand the right process to set up a business and how to develop it. And it teaches me how to think more carefully, trains and opens my point of view so that I can see everything from helicopter view. " Nydia Orlatta is 2019 Alumnus and the  Founder & Creative Director of PT. IOOR Studio Indonesia that recently awarded Platinum Winner on Muse Design Awards for Panbakers Restaurant Interior Design. Her favorite course were Marketing Fundamental, Consumer Behavior & Branding,  because it taught her the fundamental of business and how to be more effective in developing business. She said not to forget  Brand Development because every company needs a strategy for the developing their branding in the company. According to her, the most needed marketer is Creative and Innovative Marketer that understand inside out of the industry and be more thoroughly conducting Market Research.

"Before, while having concern about brand image, brand strategy, developing a brand, and brand value, I thought strategy and branding it's not the same with marketing. But after I took  MM Creative Marketing class, I knew that marketing and branding support each other." Dwi Gentari Agustin is 2015 Alumnus and an entrepreneur. Her favourite course is Branding because  it is important  product branding and brand image are important when you sell something.  From that course, she just knew that a self-image is important  to reflect what we are presenting. If our brand image is about instant and junk food , it is not relevant when we sell a healthy, organic vegan food. And she also mentioned about the importance of entrepreneurship because it iwas not only theory but practical  also. According to her, Marketer that is needed in this industry 4.0 era is not only  knowledgeable but also have to build other skills that we can search and learn to do it. She also pinpointed to consistently study the skills that will support us in the digital world such as photography , because in this digital era, marketing automatically use online marketing and having this skill will save a lot of cost.
