Roozbeh Babolian Hendijaniis currently is a full-time Lecturer in the School of Creative Marketing, Bina Nusantara University, Jakarta, Indonesia. He holds a Ph.D degree from the Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). His background is in Food Tourism, with specific expertise in ethnographic and survey research. His principal area of research is gastronomy tourism and his other research interests are in destination marketing, tourist behavior, cultural tourism, and community development.
