Student Life: Meet Lina Cynthia Dewi from Batch 17 as Invited Speaker

Lina was one of our students in MMBlended Learning. Currently, she works as Asst. Manager Planning Design Department at PT. Summarecon Agung, Tbk. She was registered as one of students in Batch 17.

And, Lina was invited as guest speaker in the Ministry of Finance, on how to arrange work areas at home to be comfortable and productive during WFH on May 18th 2020.

Long story short, the Ministry of Finance has implemented the WFH on 14-16 April 2020 which was participated by 18,254 employees from all echelon I units.

In this WFH activity, employees need advice on how to do work at home so that this activity also presents tips on managing work space at home to be comfortable and productive.

Steps needed in determining the work area that supports in doing WFH work, among others, determine the work area at home with specific personal preferences, which areas make you most comfortable and focused, take advantage of the corner of the room with a hanging table or work table, use the sofa or coach with tuck-in system table and take advantage of a coffee table with floor cushion, as much as possible specify a different area to work

Be sure to choose a room that is not close to each other when making a phone, if it is not possible to use a different room to prepare a special room if you are meeting online for example a room.

Room lighting where the best lighting is to use sunlight, if possible work in a room that gets enough sunlight or if not, can be replaced with adequate artificial lighting.
