Knowledge Sharing at PT. Semen Indonesia Group

The collaboration with PT Semen Indonesia Group was held on April 3rd, where the Head of the MMBlended Learning Program was asked as a resource to explain crucial matters relating to online and blended learning.There were 48 participants at that time.

This activity was carried out to explain how online training might be carried out on a massive scale especially in the realm of SOEs such as PT Semen Indonesia Group. In this case several distinguishing features between online learning and face to face are explained to provide understanding and paradigm related to it. Then also explained how online learning can be very related to life-long learning. An explanation of the concept of online learning / blended learning, especially related to learning objectives through Bloom’s taxonomy, is also given especially how the highest level of Bloom’s taxonomy can be achieved in Bloom’s taconomy.
