Meet Our Alumni: Renata

Renata, was graduated from MMBlended Learning in 2019. Her profession is illustrator, some of her works can be seen from her IG @renataowen. She chose to study in MMBlended Learning because she wanted to know how to run he business, an illustrator company together with her husband, while on the other hand her undergraduate background was Creative Designer.

And she prove her words. Her thesis was titled “Factors Contribute to Studio Polar Engine”, that was aimed to explore human resource factors that related with her employees. From that thesis she developed her own human resource management roadmap unique from other business.
