Workshop Bite-Sized Curriculum Development

Facilitated by BINUS Corporate Learning & Development (BCL & D), MMBlendedlearning conducted a workshop titled Bite-Sized Curriculum Development Workshop.
The speaker at the workshop was Tengku Mohd.Khairal Abd, B.B.A., M.B.A., Ph.D.who is also the Head of the MMBlended Learning Program.Held on Monday, March 2, 2020, at the Binus @ Senayan JWC Building.
The purpose of this workshop is, so that participants can know the principles of instructional design, which will later be used to prepare video-based content creation. All participants have new knowledge on how to design their course material for each session.
Quoted from articulate.com (2020), in e-learning environment, it is mandatory for us to understand the audience, that is why at least we need to understand this three points.
  1. Who are your learners and what are their needs? 
  2. Are they computer-savvy or completely nontechnical? 
  3. How much do they already know about the topic at hand? 
Based on that, from setting up session’s terminal objectives, expected behaviour from students after following the session, the audience, enabling objectives, and applying Horton’s Framework.
