This article supposes to elaborate and examine the effect of online learning technology on the learning effectiveness. The qualitative study was conducted by using Google Form as the online questionnaires for collecting data. The study successfully involved participation of 250 students at Bina Nusantara University as the respondents. Collected data was analyzed by using IBM SPSS. The results found that there is a strongly relationship and influence between online learning technology and learning effectiveness. During COVID-19, dramatic changes in learning approach does not make effectiveness of learning declined or disrupted. Online learning technology what is provided by institution support student learning effectively as well as on-site learning. This article contributes to empirical facts in Human-Machine Interaction (HCI) which strengthen the argument that technology becomes an antecedent of learning effectiveness. © 2021 IEEE.
