Erlina is an experienced professional in general management, marketing, and sales, currently serving as a Lecturer at Bina Nusantara University since 2019, where she supervises undergraduate programs and internship activities. With previous roles at Harapan Borneo International and managerial positions in prominent banks such as Bank BTPN, Standard Chartered Bank, and Bank Mega, Erlina brings a wealth of industry expertise. She holds a Doctorate degree in Business Management from Bina Nusantara University, complemented by a Master's degree from the same institution, a Bachelor's degree from Pancasila University, and a Diploma from Fisip University of Indonesia.
