Internship Guidelines
The length of internship in company must be at least 2 months. The following information contains of the Internship Preparation and Assessment Descriptions for Internship activities. Assessment Descriptions Students should submit one copy & burned CD-R of internship report to SAGE BINUS and one copy to the Company. This report should be submitted to SAGE.
- Assessment Task 1: Weekly Journal (15%)
It is a record of weekly activities or task including date. This weekly journal should be signed each day by the supervisor from company.
- Assessment Task 2: Internship Report (70%)
This is an individual written report. Internship report (±3000 words, Font-size: 11 pts, Times New Roman, 1.5 spacing, and Paper: A4 HVS) is written describe your internship experience. Start to collect information needed to write your report during the internship period.
- Assessment Task 3: Employer Evaluation and Letter of Recognition (15%)
At the end of internship period, the Supervisor that employs BINUS students as an intern will fill in an Employer Evaluation form (see the document on page 6) and provide the students with Letter of Recognition. The Letter of Recognition contains of the information about the Student’s Name, Student’s Programs, Internship duration, Supervisor’s Name, and Department where the students are hired.The letter should be printed on the company’s corporate paper and signed by the supervisor or Human Resources Department Manager. Students will not be able to receive the final grade of this course unless the students have obtained this filled form and Letter of Recognition from companies.
