With the development of technology and information, work that initially involved many human resources can now be done without human resources with the help of technology. Work also becomes more effective and efficient and greatly saves time and cost. This can be felt in one of the activities that are almost every time done in everyday life. The activity is payment or in Indonesian it is payment. When we transact or buy certain products or services, of course, we will make payments. With the help of the development of technology and information today, payments can be made online using the internet. Before the technology was developed, payments were made directly and in the form of physical money or what we commonly call the payment method ‘cash’. Today, cash payment methods have begun to be minimized and online payment methods are starting to be widely used. In addition to the cash, method being considered less effective and efficient, it is also affected by the ongoing pandemic that is COVID-19. Thus, online payment methods will continue to develop in the future with the help of technology and information. Of course, this is very helpful for the work to be more effective and efficient. What is online cash payment? Online cash payment is an electronic payment method through online services such as internet banking, SMS banking, and other services. This payment method automates some systems. For example, if we have instalments, loans, and credit cards will be paid automatically through online cash payment which of course this makes it very easy for us to transact. With this technology, we do not need to leave the house to transact. Enough with the availability of the internet, we can already transact from anywhere and anytime.
