Newsletter Services in E-Service

E-Service is   an    asset  created    and  available over the  Internet  to  create  a   new  revenue  stream  or  create new efficiencies.  In   general,e-service  can be  defined  as  an  interactive  service  that is  content-centered   and is an internet-based  customer  service  that  is driven  by  customers.   Integrated  with  processes and  technologies  with  the support  of  an  organization  and    related to the goal  of strengthening    the relationship  between  customers  and  service providers.  In  other words, e-service  is an  electronic-based    service  provider    that  can be  done  by  organizations  both  on the part  of the company  and  the government  for  a  specific  purpose  and  not  It  is only done by two  parties,  but it can be  done  by  many  parties. For  example, in the application  for online stores that there are  various  parties such as the founder of the site  as the first party,   seller  as  a second party,   buyer as a party.    third,  courier  or delivery service  as  a  fourth party, and  so  on  until  the  last party.     In  addition,e-service also  includes  all  interactive  streams  including  upstream and downstream channels. On upstream channels e-service  includes  e-procurement and the function of a  supply chain,  while  on downstream channel e-service  includes  the management  of  the relationship  between  customers  and  the community,  marketing  with focus relationship       approaches,  marketing on a one-to-one basis, and  providing  customer service.  Newsletter  itself  is  a  communication  tool used  by  a  person  or group of  people  to  provide  information about the  company that makes the newsletter,  theperson who being involved  in a  group,  a  product  that  is being  made  or  developed,  or  other  information addressed  to the  public  and  related to the business   executed.

In Indonesia itself  there are  several  companies  or  organizations  that  act  as  service   providers  in the field of  electronic  news such as  kompas, detik,  tribunnews,  okezone,  idntimes,liputan6, and  There are  many  more.  Among  service  providers  in the field of   electronic  news, there  are  several  organizations  that  have pursued  this field before  the era    of  electronic news began to be  widely  used  and  Circulating  news  using print  media  and finally decided  to  join electronic    media  and there are also those who  are just  starting  out when  electronic  news  is already  widely    used. Each  of these organizations  provides  the latest  news  with  their own  writing  style to  attract  the  interest of its readers  and  their goal  of  bringing  various types of  news  is    certainly to  meet the needs of the public  regarding the  latest  information  that  is  circulating  and the needs of the company  that is to   obtain profits one of  them  through  advertising. On  the other  hand, because  the technology has been  very  developed,  some  electronic  news  service  providers  such as  kompas  not  only  provide  information about events.    which  is being     talked  about,  but the compass  also  provides  various  education  with various types of  topics such as  food,  education,  health,  or  some  hobbies  that are  much loved by  the people of  Indonesia  such as  automotive, ball, and travel. By  providing a variety  of types of information  will certainly have  a  positive  impact on its users  and  the  wider community,   namely the  ease  of  finding  information that is  in     addition,  the company also  benefits  because  with the variety of  types of  information provided,  of course,  visitors  to their news  sites  will  also  increase. Because  not    everyone   likes the kind of rigid  news  that  only  relates to the  political,  economic,  or  entertainment world. The availability of  information  about  food,  education,  health,  and  other  hobbies  also  provides  new  visitor  opportunities,  especially  for  teenagers or the  public.   Who’s  still    young. Electronic  news  service providers     today have  also  started to  follow the trend  that  exists  in the habits of Indonesian  society, namely  using social media,   companies.  The  party plunges      into social  media  with the same  goal  of  sharing  information  as  on   its site,  this  can be  categorized  as one of the    One  strategy is  done  to  lure social    media  users  to  visit  the  sites  they have created and  I think  this is something  that  is quite  effective,  especially  when  using  content  that  attracts the attention  and  interest  of young people  because young people    today    tend  to  spend  time  surfing. on social media.
