Participants are required to send proof of OJS submission to binusdsas@binus.edu.

The committee will conduct administrative verification, including track–section alignment, completeness of documents, and metadata accuracy.

The manuscript will then proceed to the Symposium review process (desk screening and peer review) based on the committee’s coordination.

Decision Outcomes:

  • Accepted for Presentation

  • Revision Required

  • Rejected

Authors whose manuscripts require revision must revise their papers according to the reviewers’ comments and submit the revised version to binusbdsas@binus.edu.

Participants will present their papers during the symposium.

Post-Symposium Conditions:

Authors who receive the Best Paper award and have revised their manuscripts in accordance with reviewers’ comments will receive a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) and their manuscripts will enter the publication queue.

Presenters who do not receive the Best Paper award may still continue the submission process in their selected journal and remain eligible for publication consideration.
