This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and inferential statistical analysis methods, along with multigroup analysis. Data collection was conducted cross-sectionally, targeting owners or managers of MSMEs through the distribution of questionnaires. The research population refers to data published by BEKRAF, with a research sample of 346 MSMEs determined using multistage sampling. The results of the study prove that absorptive capacity, ambidextrous entrepreneurial learning, creativity, and human capital have a significant and positive effect on product innovation, strengthened by the mediating factor of dynamic innovation capabilities. The findings are supported by multigroup analysis, which explores differences in relationships between variables based on group characteristics such as gender, education level, age range, business size, and business location.
