Zukra Budi Utama, a faculty member of Binus who teaches mathematics, operation management and statistics, started his career as a Lecturer at Sahid University in 1993-1995 and a Lecturer at Tarumanagara University in 1995-2005, then in 1997-2003 he worked at PT Eederal Karyatama as HR Manager, in 2003 he had a career in management as an executor of industrial relations management at PT. Astra Component Indonesia, then in 2007 as Corporate Industrial Relations of Astra Otopart Group, then in 2010-2015 as Head of Research and Development Division of Apindo Training Center DPN Apindo, and since 2015 he has become a Senior Analyst ATC Apindo and has been a consultant in the field of HR and Industrial Relations until now. Overseas assignments include Tokyo, Osaka Japan (2012), Incheon Korea (2018), with awards obtained as an anti-corruption writer, the Corruption Eradication Commission of the Republic of Indonesia, KPK in 2015, interested in continuing to research and teach in the field of Strategic HR.
