Dr. Teti Rohayati is a faculty member at Binus University with extensive experience in human resources management, risk governance, and insurance. She holds a Doctorate from Universitas Negeri Jakarta and has worked at PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero) from 1999 to 2018 as Tax Manager. From 2019 to 2024, she served as HR Director at Sakti Mobile, while also holding the position of Secretary of the Audit Committee at PT PELNI (Persero). Currently, she is a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at PT PLN (Persero). She has authored several books on leadership, digital organization management, and soft skills for Gen Z.
