Analysis and mitigation of machine maintenance for sustainable industry
The manufacturing industry must maintain high productivity and quality to be competitive and sustainable. The best way to achieve this is done through preventive maintenance programs. The aim of the research was to determine the effectiveness of engine performance, identify the constraints of the performance of a screw press machine, and determine preventive actions to minimize engine performance ineffectiveness. The research was conducted on Crude Palm Oil (CPO) production in Jambi Province. The analysis tools used are Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Fishbone Diagram, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), and 5-Whys analysis. The results show that OEE is still below world-class standards. The cause of screw press machine failure is the entry of foreign matter and wear from the machine. The most significant risk that has the potential to hamper the performance of the screw press is the loss of oil on the pulp or fiber and damage to components inside the screw press machine. Mitigation actions to minimize engine performance ineffectiveness are periodic maintenance, the application of preventive maintenance, and magnetic parts installation.

Risk Analysis and Mitigation in Supply Chain Fashion Company
This study aims to identify the nature of the highest level of risk, identify the risk cause that should be a priority for the business, and identify the proper risk reduction strategy in the fashion company’s supply chain. The data analysis method uses the Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) method, then the Risk Priority Number (RPN) and the Risk Reduction Number (RMN) are used to complete them. The result of this research is that the forecast error is the type of risk with the highest level. The source of the risk, which must be a priority for the company, is that suppliers do not ship the goods on time. The most appropriate risk mitigation strategy is to add manufacturer options to overcome these risks. The results show that the methods used help top management identify, analyze, prioritize risks in the company’s supply chain activities and help them to focus on formulating effective mitigation strategies.

Evaluation of the delayed fiber optical installation project on pre-sales division at PT XYZ
This study aims to identify the causes of delays of the project, to know the duration of time of completion and critical paths of the project, and acceleration time as well as the cost of Fiber Optic Installation Project on Pre-Sales division at PT XYZ. The research method used is Mixed Method, and the direct interview is used for data collecting method. Furthermore, The analysis methods that are used in this research are Cause and Effect Diagram Method as an analysis tool to identify the factors that cause delays, especially on the service industry. Critical Path Method (CPM) is used to identify which activities are included in Critical Path, which can shorten its duration by using Crashing Project with POM-QM as an analysis tool. The research resulted there are four factors that cause delays which are System, Skill, Supplier, Surrounding. The project can be completed within eighty-one days. The project can also be completed within seventy-eight days within the consideration of additional hours for an hour per day, and acceleration cost added. From the results of this study, the company will able to find out the causes of delays in the service industry that have an impact on project delays.

The effects of supply chain information integration on organizational performance in food small industry
This study aims to examine the effect of supply chain information integration consisting of internal and external Information Integration on organizational performance, which consists of customer satisfaction, supply chain performance, and financial performance. The technique of collecting data is based on a questionnaire distributed to 185 small food industry owners. Methods of data analysis is based on using SEM-PLS. The results show that internal information integration affected customer satisfaction, supply chain, and financial performance. External information integration is proven to have a non-linear effect on customer satisfaction and on the performance of the supply chain. Customer satisfaction and supply chain performance affect financial performance. Internal information integration is more dominant and plays an important role in increasing the performance of the organization

Improving Warehouse Layout and Allocation Optimization in Catering Services Company
This study aims to find out and provide suggestions about improving the layout and optimizing product placement allocation for the inventories in the warehouse of a catering services company. The method used in this study is quantitative research methods and the type of research is descriptive research. The data collection method using observations and interviews, and the data characteristic are primary and secondary data. Time Horizon in this study using a cross-sectional. Data analysis used ABC Class-Based and Linear Programming method with LINGO Software version 18.0. The results of research conducted at PT Aerofood ACS warehouse is product classification using ABC Class-Based. The products are divided into three classes, class A namely rice, and monouse, class B are soy sauce & sauce, coconut milk, and milk, and class C are tissue, sugar, and tea. For product placement allocation using Transportation method with Linear Programming approach. The results obtained are changes in the space used to store all products. The smaller overall number of pallets and shelves that should visit affects the length of time taken to collect the products. Based on these results, managers should use the ABC Class-Based and Transportation methods for optimizing allocations at a catering services company.
