Analisis pengaruh stres kerja, beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada PT XL Axiata Tbk Jakarta

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja, beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT XL Axiata Tbk Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survei dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan dan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT XL Axiata Tbk Jakarta yang berjumlah 402 orang. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 81 orang karyawan yang ukuran sampel ditentukan melalui rumus Slovin. Metode analisis yang digunakan ialah regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda. Dari hasil penelitian, diketahui variabel X1 (stres kerja) secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap variabel Y (turnover intention). Variabel X2 (beban kerja) secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap variabel Y (turnover intention). Variabel X3 (lingkungan kerja) secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap variabel Y (turnover intention). Dan diketahui variabel X1 (stres kerja), X2 (beban kerja) dan X3 (lingkungan kerja) mempengaruhi variabel Y (turnover intention) secara simultan.

Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Kompetensi Karyawan dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Raja Pasar Abadi

This research was conducted at PT Raja Pasar Abadi. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of Organizational Culture, Employee Competencies, and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance. Data were obtained through interviews and questionnaires to all employees of PT Raja Pasar Abadi totaling 64 people as respondents. The analytical method used was a simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis by using IBM SPSS 20 for data processing. The results of this research showed that organizational culture, employee competencies, and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance, partially and simultaneously.

Analysis of Procedural Justice, Distributive Justice, and Group Cohesiveness toward Organizational Loyalty of PT Adhi Karya

This research was conducted in PT Adhi Karya, a state company that provides construction services. During the past three years, the company suffered an increasing of employees’ turnover rate because of unappropriate implementaton of procedural and distributive justice in every decision making or applying procedures and rules. Besides that, there were conflicts happened among employees due to the uncohesiveness of groups. The aim of the study was to examine the influence of procedural justice, distributive justice, and group cohesiveness on organizational loyalty. Research method applied was quantitative method. Analysis was done by using multiple regression, in which the data were collected through questionnaires to a sample of 76 people from a total population of 304 people. The result showed that there was a significant effect of procedural justice, distributive justice, and group cohesiveness on organizational loyalty either partially or simultaneously. It may help company in improving the implementation of procedural and distributive justice and group cohesiveness that will lead to higher organization loyalty.

Student Acceptance of E-Learning System During Covid-19 Pandemic

This study was conducted at Bina Nusantara University and had the purpose of determining the student acceptance of the e-learning system during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data used are secondary data from articles and journals and primary data collected by distributing an online questionnaire to 100 students majoring in management as a respondent with simple random sampling as sampling technique. The data collected was analyzed by using linear regression. The result showed that both perceived usefulness and perceived ease to use have a positive and relatively strong correlation with the intention to use. Furthermore, the study also showed that perceived usefulness and perceived ease to use significantly affect intention to use partially and simultaneously. Since the pandemic will last for a long time, so this study can be an input to the university to improve its e-learning system in the future.

JOB ENGAGEMENT OF FACULTY MEMBER AND ITS INFLUENCING FACTORS

Binus University's vision to become a world class university needs to be supported by its human resources, including full-time lecturer or faculty member. Thus, Binus University needs to enhance job engagement of its faculty members. The aim of this study is to know the engagement level of faculty members and the impact of job demand, job resources, workplace empowerment on job engagement of Binus University faculty members. Questionnaires were randomly distributed to 100 faculty members following simple random sampling technique, and then analyzed using multiple regression. The level of engagement was analyzed using WIFI model. The results showed high level of engagement among Binus University faculty members, and significant effect of job demand, job resource and workplace empowerment on job engagement.
