Consulting services in e-service is a consulting service that is over the internet, where the company can provide consulting services to customers so that customers can be served if there is a problem or information that needs to be known.

Some companies choose to create these consulting services by themselves, and some companies also choose to rely on outside consulting firms. With the way consulting services work this is a company makes services either done by the company or outside the company by testing, building, and delivering a website that works and maybe even storing and maintaining it for their clients.
