As we all know, competitions in the labor market is getting tighter from day to day and it doesn’t show any signs that it’s going to be looser soon. Therefore, we ought to understand how to develop a great resume that could immediately catch the eye of the employer. There is a big chance that your resume will be ignored by most company if your resume is still the same old and boring resume that need too long to be understood. To develop a great resume you will need to start by focusing on the key aspect to the role you are targeting. You would need to list down the experiences and skills you have, preferably the ones that correlates with the role you choose. If you have career accomplishment in the same or similar role, it would also be a great idea to write it down.
