Digital Transformation Make Ethical Technology a Priority
Technology and social media (Facebook, Website, Instagram, etc) based on Deloitte is a business that advances a company, with the technology enabling extraordinary opportunities for organizations to become smarter, more agile, more flexible, and more responsive. But technology becomes an integral part of organizational processes before many people fully consider the consequences of their use. But for most organizational leaders, it’s no longer possible to get involved in technology, regardless of industry or sector. Their leaders and organizations cannot call themselves technologically savvy if they do not think about the ethical implications of how employees, customers, and others use technology. Using technology must also be good and right because anything we search for on Google will be recorded automatically. If using his special technology on social media is not polite it will be fired from social media. Indonesia has many people who have been fired because of social media because of aggressive or using abusive language, references to the use of narcotics, poor language patterns, views or political activities. In fact, the ethical use of technology, or ethical technology, is closely related to, and an extension of, technological prowess. Being a technology expert means more than just being able to define use cases for cloud or artificial intelligence (AI) — broader to understand some of the potential ethical dilemmas that can be found by the design or use of this technology. To truly understand the era of advanced, connected and autonomous technology, leaders must think about implementing the capabilities that are driven by technology and they must consider how to do it responsibly from the start.
