Bill Presentment is  where a   company  or  a  business  field      issues  an issue invoice  to  buyers  that must be  paid  directly  on the spot  or  online. Bill Presentment  includes  generating, printing and  delivering  bills  to  consumers.

Bill Payment in general that we  know  is  in  the   form of  check. This    we  can  know  with debit cards, other credit cards    where the payment  process  involves  several  parties  one of    them  is the cardholder,    seller of goods, and administrative  of  the the institution  where the   cardholder    keeps    money.(Andreef, Binmoeller, Oscar, & Boboch, 2001)

This  can be  an  example  of a payment at Bina Nusantara University  where  card  users  will  put the amount of  money  to  pay  SPP  before the day on which the  money will be  withdrawn  into Bina Nusantara account.   It’s    the  same  with  subscription payments on Netflix, Spotify and  AmazonPrime
