Information Search in e-Service applications in the industrialized world

Information search in the industrial world we can    find on the Internet and websites in     general,   when  a customer or  internet  user  wants to find  information  easily   they will be  able to  do  Search  on Google, Yahoo  or  Opera  as search engines and  see  information  from other websites  listed. It was   his simple and general  thing.  What    about  e-commerce?   When  a  customer wants  to  see  information  about the item they  are looking for? This is  the function  of  e-Commerce and e-Marketplace  they  not  only  sell  goods  but  they  provide  descriptions  of  the  goods such as  additional information, such  as  examples; ZALORA Indonesia  always  provides  a size table   for each  shirt and  pants  along with an ID order When  a  customer  orders,  then  information  about  how  to  order  the  product  and  where  its  origin. In  this day and age  e-Service is not  only limited to  customer service  where  a person has to  make  a call  by  phone  and  ask  many  things   they  want to  know,  It’s    been  very    inefficient. So  what’s the other     way? The solution    is a  website, video streaming(youtube),guidelines and  the like    that  make  people  can  save  time  and  faster    understood    because video streaming  applications can be  Give    examples of practices  for  any  information sought.
