The use of the internet in business continues to evolve, from the exchange of information over the internet to business strategy applications, such as marketing, sales, and customer service. The Internet supports global communication and cooperation between employees, consumers, sellers, and other business partners. The Internet allows electronic commerce applications to be used on global networks and is usually equipped with online order processing applications, electronic data interchange to send business documents, and the security of electronic funds transfer payment systems. As a result of the internet today, the company’s website is not just presenting a catalogue of products and promotional media but is used for dialogue, discussion, and transaction with consumers online, bulletin boards, electronic questionnaires, mailing lists, and email delivery. So that consumers can be directly involved in the design, development, marketing, and sales of E-Service Concept products is an electronic service system by utilizing the use of information and communication technology. According to Rowley (2006) electronic services are defined as deeds, businesses or performances whose delivery is mediated by information technology. These electronic services include elements of E-Tailing services, customer support, and service. This definition reflects three main components: service, service receiver and service channel. For example, as concerned for public electronic services, public bodies are service providers and citizens as well as service recipient businesses. Service channels are the third requirement of electronic services. The Internet is the main conduit of temporary electronic delivery services. Systems in E-Service can be e-commerce (online buying and selling), e-government (public service through the internet organized by the government), e-library (digital library service), and e-ticket (electronic ticketing service). At first, a service is not connected to the network. As technology developed and the internet progressed, the concept of services began to change, from being not web-based to web-based. An example of E-Service services in the field of providing online ticket buying and selling is ETicketing. E-ticketing or electronic ticketing is a way to document the sales process of customer travel activities without having to issue physical valuable documents or paper tickets. All information about electronic ticketing is stored digitally in the airline’s computer system. As proof of E-Ticket expenditure, customers will be given an Itinerary receipt that applies as a tool to enter the airport in Indonesia which still requires passengers to carry proof of travel sign. With E-ticketing, customers can easily and quickly get airline tickets without the hassle of going to the dealer in line and booking tickets. If we use E-ticketing we can buy travel tickets from home, and get them immediately after making payments very quickly. In e-commerce, shipping becomes one of the factors that can affect the decision of consumers to start shopping online. Consumers expect a smooth shopping and service experience, therefore quality and fast delivery services become one of the important factors to maintain customers. By using the e-commerce feature, actors can directly deliver goods to consumers after the order is made. The real-time tracking feature makes it easy for businesses and consumers to track shipments so that consumers can know the status and location of their orders, and if the product does not go away until customers can directly contact the delivery section. In Indonesia’s e-commerce industry, racing for consumer confidence is nothing new. Many companies present a narrative about shipping goods that are easy, cheap, fast, and right to attract the trust of prospective buyers. Express delivery is also one of the options if the buyer wants the goods until tomorrow after the order.
