Economic changes that have led to the rise of service aspects in the economy. Advances in technology have resulted in a shift, in developed countries, from goods to services. The first generation of e-commerce primarily involved commerce, e-services, and company-sponsored collaboration. In the second generation phase of e-commerce, also called E-Commerce 2.0. It is based on Web 2.0 tools, social media, social networking, and the virtual world. It is also in line with the development of internet commerce, physical business units have been replaced by websites. In the era of web 2.0, social computing  was used  in  business  with the advent of social networking and commercial activities in cyberspace. Social networks and businesses attract a lot of visitors.

One of the tools used  in  the  second  phase  of e-commerce  is  blogging. A blog  is  a  website  run  by    individuals  commonly  called Blogger that  will usually  include  comments,  descriptions, events, as well as information in the form of  graphics and videos. In   general,blogs  incorporate  text,  images,and links to other blogs, websites, and  other media relevant  to  the  topic  covered.   The  most important thing  about a  blog is where  readers  can  leave  comments  in  an  informative form.  Generally,blogs  are  textual,  but blogs can  also  focus  on  other things, such as  art,  audio, video,  photography,  sketching,and music that are  part  of social    media. The widerone. Microblogging is   another  type of  blog,  i.e.  blogs  with shorter  uploads.

Therefore, companies are starting to take advantage of opportunities in conducting business transactions in social networks and using social software,     in  this  case  blogs. The  main areas that  use  social  software    are  advertising,  shopping,  consumer services,   recruitment,and  collaboration. In    this case, one   related to  the  use of  blogs  in  business  is  E-service. Simply  put,e-service is a web-based inisiative that improves the service and customer service industry.
