Definition and Concept

Digital developments in the world  are already  widely  seen  to affect  all  aspects of life every  day  and  as  a    tool  to  help the way the wheels of  the world economy.  Artificial Intelligence, databases and software  have           unconsciously   replaced the role of humans as workers. Although  it is not  a  good thing, but  there are  some  things  that   become the ability  and  what  are the effects of the development of digital innovation in the world  as  it  is now.

First let’s     discuss  what makes  innovation in the digital world  has  any  ability    to  change the system in  business. Based on  the research   journals I  took on the impact of digital  change in  the business  world  and  its   importance  to    work  in the digital world, there is that  innovation  and  creativity.  It has an impact  on  company employees  where  they  must be  able to   adapt  to new  technologies  and systems in order to    maintain good  performance  in  the  company. Innovation  and  rapid    flow of industry  development makes  all  companies  must continue to  adapt in updating  the  system  they have so as not  to  lose  competitiveness  in the technology race.(Tayibnapis, Wuryaningsih, & Gora, 2019)

What are some  examples  that can be  taken from the ability  of  development  in the  digital world? I  took  some  conclusions from the journal of the development of  the  digital world in the field of  architectural work.  Science    as it gets older  the world   also  increases  its  many  variations  in  various  sciences. One    example is in  the  field of  architecture,which    with  ancient  technology     designing  a  building  must  use  its  own  hands and paperblueprints.   But  in  this  modern  era  there is  already rendering technology and 3D design  where  architects  and interior designers  can  see  sketches of their  work  visually  and  make  many  changes  from  it. Not  only  from  image design, digital 3D   technology  can already  make  mathematical analysis  of  the  design  that  the architect  made. Computer Aided Design (CAD)  is one of the visual rendering software  that  many  architecture,graphic designers and digital image design  use  to  make rough sketches  of    buildings.(Son, 2018)

Conclusion: The world of work  and  business  can no  longer  be  separated  from  technology  and  its development.  Why? Because  many  aspects in the  business field    have been  influenced  and  facilitated  by digital technology.  Companies in the world have also  based  a lot   on  digital  technology themselves  and  use  it  as an aspect of the course of    their business  processes.
