Business model is a  method   carried out by a  company  in  doing  a  business  with the aim of supporting  the  company in order  to      survive  by  generating    revenue. Business model  itself  describes the core  logic of   a company’s  business  system that is  represented in the abstract  can be    a concept,writing,  or  graph  to  create the true value of the  company.   the process  is done  and    explains    how  a  company is profit-oriented   and  generates money by determining    where  the  company  is positioned  in  a  value. chain.  In  addition,the business model can also be  considered  as the architecture  or support of the establishment of an  organization  or  company  and a network  of its partners  to  create,  market,and  provide  value.  as well as  relationship capital    in  one  or  more customer segments    to  generate  a  profitable  and also  sustainable revenue  stream.  Business models  cover  several  aspects  such as     goals,  products,  offers provided,strategies,  infrastructure,and  other practices in  a  business that the company does.  .  Digital Business Model  itself  is  a business  model  that  continues to  grow,where  all  factors  forming  values  and  business operations that have an  important  role  are  improved.  or  automated by    using digital technology  that is  constantly  adapted  to  changes that occur  to  gain  a  competitive  advantage  with the application of  such technology. B2C is a transaction  or  exchange   conducted  between    a  manufacturer  or  business  with the final  customer  that  includes  goods,  services,  or  important  information  about goods and goods.    services  that can be  used  or  if they can be  useful  to  the recipient of  information  for other purposes  and this transaction  or  exchange  is  done   in exchange for    money  in the  form  of  real  or other medium of  exchange  that  has a  certain potential  or  value.  B2C  itself  is one  of  the sectors  that  has a  big  role  in the growth  of the digital    economy  in Indonesia. This  business model   is  the most prevalent and  often  found  in the digital market  because  companies  that  sell  their  products  or  services  to  customers  for  use are the  most   common. Most  commonly  found.   Thus,the B2C Digital Business Model  is  a  core strategy  owned by a  company    by  selling  their  products  to the end  customer  for  profit and profit.    operating  digitally.
