5 basic components of successful e-government development
The success of the development of e-Government is inseparable from 5 basic components, namely hardware that includes network computer system devices and telecommunication systems. Software includes operating systems, programming languages and computer applications used,data includes textual data, voice, images,video and spatial data. The needs of processing, storing and disseminating data for e-Government vary greatly, this is determined by the type of data and the amount of data processed, procedures include how to install Software that is built means that there must be supporting documents to help users in doing their work, human resources include “System analysts” who have expertise in Analyze the system. The quality of E-Service is actually determined by consumers, all good assessments from service excellence to the quality of E-Service services offered (Santos, 2003). In the case of traditional service quality, the quality of e-sevice can be qualified into the quality dimension of service. Based on the content analyst, (Yang Dkk,2003), identifying the dimensions of service quality into 14 points, namely:Responsiveness, Credibility, Ease of use, Realibility, Convenience, Communication, Acces, Competence, Courtesy, Personalization, Continuous improvement, Security/privacy, Aesthetics.
