Government-to-Business (G2B) e-commerce

Technology has made it possible for consumers to acquire goods and services from the comfort of their own homes without having to leave their homes or utilize an e-marketplace. If you leverage the advantages of E-commerce, you may simplify the process of purchasing or selling products or services, as well as the marketing of those products or services, because everything is done online and you have a wider audience of potential customers to target.

To begin, it’s important to understand how E-commerce works, which involves using the internet, online, or platforms to conduct business, with an emphasis on digitally allowing commercial transactions involving information systems as well as those within and among businesses and individual users. Business to Business (B2B) is a sort of e-business that solely deals with companies, such as manufacturers and distributors. For instance, industries buy spare components.

The second kind of business-to-consumer transaction is one in which goods are sold directly from the maker to the consumer:

3) Business to Government (B2G) transactions, such as providing technical consulting to the government, are examples of this kind of transaction.

4) C2C, where products are sold directly to consumers via online marketplaces such as Shoppe.

This kind of business-to-consumer relationship occurs when a customer provides services for the firm, such as design.

Noncommercial online interactions between the local and central government and business are known as “government to business” (G2B). Examples of this kind of online government service include tax return filing and trade business licensing applications (SIUP). Government auctions, for example, automate government relationships with enterprises. Here, it’s possible for it to operate both ways: from the government to industry and vice versa.

To enable government agencies to communicate data despite having various databases, G2B also includes an application to help entrepreneurs or businesses use data to generate a greater social effect in their society. Clinics, physicians’ offices, and hospitals all utilize mobile devices to communicate with one another and with patients. Entrepreneurs may also benefit from understanding common disorders in order to develop pharmaceuticals, vitamins, and medical gadgets that can be sold to the general public. With the current pandemic outbreak, our health has never been more of a priority.

Government to government (G2G) is where the Indonesian government may sell goods and services to other governments, as well as government to business (G2B), where the government sells to the general public.

SAMSAT Online is an example of a service given by the government under regulations and laws for the payment of motor vehicle taxes and other fees, such as registration fees. In order to facilitate community payments, this government agency collaborates with other banks. Samsat Online was also developed in Indonesia. For those who don’t want to leave their homes during this epidemic, samsat online is a great option since they may pay for it without having to leave their homes..
