Because of the rapid advancement of technology in this age of e-commerce and the ability to have products delivered directly to a customer’s home via the use of mobile applications and internet access, shopping for products and information has never been easier.
E-commerce, as the name suggests, is the sale of goods and services through the Internet without any physical touch between the parties involved. With so many people staying at home due to the pandemic in order to decrease interaction with others and therefore reduce virus transmission, e-commerce is also seeing a surge in popularity right now; in fact, the pandemic is one of the primary reasons for this surge.
An example of G2C is when the government and the consumer parties engage in activities such as paying taxes, giving information and services worthy of G2C implementation, such as online health services, job-seeker websites One of the e-commerce business concepts is government to consumer, in which the government sells goods and services to citizens over the internet. As long as the benefits are acceptable to both parties—such as reducing the time required for government interactions, making those interactions more affordable for everyone, and speeding up the job search—the public will become more familiar with the internet and more efficient users of it. This is especially important in an age when information can be obtained quickly and easily via the internet.
The use of electronic government as an example has been around for quite some time. As a government-approved site, the Central Java Industrial and Trade Office’s official website is nonetheless difficult to use since the information offered is highly restricted and also not up-to-date. A site with the correct content and updates can assist users in many ways, such as providing information about the industry that can be accessed and providing possibilities for them to participate in the market.
e-government is also used for other purposes, such as for school data purposes, in which data about schools, the number of classes and student capacity, and grades will be displayed online so that parents of students can access the data so that school selection can be carried out correctly, the government has also now created a lot of sites that contain information that is important to the community, where this technology should be used by the public well if I may. Decide on the best market to utilize. As a result, reintroducing e-government is a wise move..
