E-commerce Growth

Any transaction involving the purchase or sale of a product or service that takes place entirely via the internet is known as “ecommerce.” Internet shopping is becoming increasingly prevalent, despite the fact that television and telephone are still used.
There are a lot of misunderstandings regarding e-commerce and marketplaces because of this. To cover any transactions that use electronic media, the word “ecommerce” is often used.
e-commerce marketplaces operate as intermediaries between merchants and customers in one of the models. When selling in a marketplace, sellers simply need to make a single transaction. The platform has taken care of everything else, including website administration. Sites like Shopee and Lazada are two examples of marketplaces.
Several varieties of e-commerce exist, including:
Businesses that offer goods or services to other businesses are known as B2B. Buyers in this e-commerce business tend to purchase large quantities of products. A maker of office supplies may be a good example.
In B2C e-commerce, a firm offers its goods or services directly to customers. E-commerce clients in general are a mess. Online shopping falls under this category for everyone who has ever done so.
If you’ve ever sold anything you don’t need to someone else who does, you’re a C2C seller. This sort of e-commerce includes these activities. To put it another way, it is a transaction between two people conducted on the internet.
C2B eCommerce is a situation in which a consumer sells a product or service to a business rather than the other way around. For example, a graphic designer may sell a logo to a food firm.
The term “Business to Administration” (B2A) refers to e-commerce transactions between businesses and the government. In recent years, the government or e-government has made significant expenditures in this sort of electronic trade.
