Definition of Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) transactions in E-Payment

What is the difference between electronic bill presentation and electronic bill payment? A bill, as we all know, is an invoice or bill sent by a company or business area to collect money from customers. anything which must be paid in full. What is the EBPP? Bills and invoices may be translated into electronic form and delivered to the buyer’s online bill, much like a bill at a restaurant. In the area of e-Commerce, e-Marketplace, and e-Business, EBPP has established itself to be a highly useful tool. Because it can save time in an effective manner. But there are many who believe that EBPP is ineffectual. What’s the reason? It is essential that Indonesia’s banking and OJK licenses be obtained before any Ebpp-enabled firm may be established in the country. Many technological issues must be dealt with when a new firm is just getting started. As a result of this research, (Legner and Kristin, 2006)
When a bill is presented, it is either paid or not.
When a company or business field sends an issued invoice to customers, they must either pay it on the spot or online. Presentment of bills covers the creation of bills, printing them, and mailing them to customers.
As a general rule, we pay our bills using a check. There are various parties involved in the payment process for debit cards and other credit cards, and we can learn about this by looking at debit cards and other credit cards that include several parties. According to Andreef et al. (2001),
