Consumers and companies engage in C2C e-commerce the most. E-C2C facilitates the purchase and sale of products and services through the use of information technology by bringing together buyers and sellers. Customers may trade with one another in an online environment through C2C commerce (C2C).
C2C is a term used to describe the market in which a customer buys a product from another customer through a third-party organization or platform. Due to the high level of competition for products, customers are able to discover unique items that would be difficult to locate elsewhere. In addition, the margins for sellers might be higher than with traditional pricing approaches since there are no channels or distributors. There is no need to visit a brick-and-mortar shop with a C2C site. Sellers list their products online, and consumers find them.
