Consumers make purchases (select, buy, and receive things) at brick-and-mortar stores or dealers by going to the location in person.

When it comes to brick-and-mortar commerce, salespeople are the most crucial and complicated members of a team since they are the ones that interact with customers in real-time. In addition, because of this complexity, merchants have difficulty finding salespeople who are well-rounded and have received proper training. Retailers in assume: It has been noted that the bulk of brick-and-mortar stores in product-specific training should be given the highest priority;  designing a shopper-friendly store layout should be a top priority, and creating a shopper-friendly environment should be a top priority.
