If an employee feels less motivated in carrying out his job, what should we do? There are various kinds of things that make employees feel unmotivated in carrying out their work, such as a lack of appreciation in their work activities, a less comfortable work environment for them, etc.

We can solve these problems with Personally thank employees for doing a good job – one on one, in writing, or both. Do it promptly, often, and sincerely. Be willing to take time to meet and listen to employees. Give them as much time as they need or want, and Strive to create a work environment that is open, trusting, and fun. Encourage new ideas and initiative. These things may feel like a waste of a manager’s time, but a good manager not only thinks about the success of a company but also thinks about the welfare and comfort of every employee who works in the company.
